It can also accumulate coatings from alloys to ceramics and even diamonds by reacting gases and alloy targets, and can be based on Need to plan the coating system.
Two: Save metal materials: Because the vacuum coating has good adhesion, density, hardness, corrosion resistance, etc., the accumulated vacuum electroplating coating can be much smaller than the conventional wet electroplating coating, achieving the purpose of saving.
Three: No environmental pollution: At present, the country vigorously advocates production and environmental protection, because all coating materials are deposited on the surface of the workpiece through plasma in a vacuum environment, and there is no solution pollution, so the damage to the environment is appropriately small.

However, because the vacuum and plasma equipment is delicate and expensive, and the accumulation technology is still in the hands of a small number of technicians, not many have been promoted, and its investment and daily production and maintenance costs are expensive. However, with the continuous progress of society, vacuum plating processing technology The advantages will become more and more obvious, and it is a general trend to replace traditional wet electroplating in certain occupations.
